Yes. Snapshot is listed on the NSW Department of Education Online Learning Tools Panel, so NSW state schools can purchase it without running a tender. Snapshot is also integrated with the Department's Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO), so staff and students sign in with their existing DoE accounts.

Is student data kept secure and stored in Australia?

Yes. All student data is hosted in Australia, and Snapshot has successfully completed the Safer Technologies 4 Schools (ST4S) assessment at the highest tier. The platform is aligned with NSW Department of Education data requirements and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

How long does it take to set up Snapshot?
